Now I work with individuals and families to prevent and reverse Alzheimer’s disease by breaking down the Bredesen Protocol into bite-sized pieces.
Her successful early-stage Alzheimer’s reversal and my role in it as caregiver made me realize that I am not only well versed in the protocol, but skilled at implementing it.
I am a creative coach with a knack for empowering and inspiring my clients to kick Alzheimer's in the pants by incorporating the life-saving principles from the Bredesen Protocol.
I am fanatical about helping you turn your vision of health into reality.
I’m a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach with a Recode 2.0 certification from Apollo Health.

Chris McClay is a ReCODE 2.0 Certified Health Coach, a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCA), and a Rouxbe Plant-Based Professional certified chef. She works independently with participants in conjunction with their protocol-trained physician to support them with the Bredesen Protocol on their journey through the PreCODE and ReCODE programs. Chris experienced her own bouts of brain fog starting around the age of 40, and quickly adopted the principles of the Bredesen Seven herself after learning that she carries one copy of the APOE4 gene.
Chris has been vegan for 30 years (her entire adult life) and was one of the early operators of a vegan meal delivery service back in 2013. Prior to this, she provided vegan personal chef services and culinary skills training. Today, she's passionate about combining veganism with gluten free cuisine, first prompted by a Celiac diagnosis in late 2012. This, coming from a former gluttonous gluten eater! Yes - vegan, gluten-free, AND ketogenic. It CAN be done! Let me show you how.
Chris will support you to make the necessary nutritional and lifestyle strategies to address the root cause of illness, working in conjunction with a physician. She can help with recipes, meal planning, and shopping tips - especially for those with allergies or dietary preferences. She can also provide education on how to monitor glucose and ketones, as she used to do this with her Mom. She can help you structure an exercise program, incorporate sleep hygiene, and adopt brain stimulation strategies into your lifestyle to optimize brain health.
